After months of building, redesigning, and rewriting parts of the product more times than I'd like to admit, I'm excited to finally introduce Convrs.
Convrs is a privacy-focused web analytics platform built for developers, founders, and SaaS teams who want to understand what visitors are actually doing on their websites.
Not just how many people visited.
But what they did, where they came from, how they converted, and what's happening right now.
This is the first public version of Convrs, and I'm incredibly excited to finally share it.
Why build another analytics platform?
It's a fair question.
There are already plenty of excellent analytics tools available, so why spend months building another one?
For me, it was never about reinventing web analytics.
Most of the core features already exist across different products—traffic reports, realtime visitors, funnels, countries, devices, and more.
What I felt was missing was the overall experience.
Some dashboards try to show everything at once. Others hide useful information behind multiple reports and filters. The data is there, but it isn't always easy to explore or understand.
I wanted to build an analytics platform that felt simpler.
One where the interface stayed out of your way, the important metrics were easy to find, and exploring your data felt intuitive instead of overwhelming.
I also spent far more time redesigning the interface than I'd like to admit.
Entire screens were rebuilt multiple times. Charts changed, layouts changed, and countless small details were refined before I was happy with them.
Convrs isn't trying to reinvent analytics.
It's my attempt to make analytics easier to understand and more enjoyable to use.

The Convrs tracking script is lightweight, delivered globally through Cloudflare, and designed to have as little impact on page performance as possible.
Behind the scenes, the platform is built to process large volumes of events while keeping dashboards responsive as traffic grows.
Built by one engineer
Convrs wasn't built by a large company or a team of engineers.
It was designed, engineered, redesigned, and refined over months of evenings and weekends.
Some parts were rebuilt multiple times.
Entire screens were redesigned.
Features were removed, rewritten, and improved.
It took longer than I originally planned, but every iteration made the product better.
What's next?
This is only the beginning.
There are dozens of ideas I want to bring to Convrs over the coming months, but one feature I'm especially excited about is AI-powered analytics.
Instead of manually opening reports, applying filters, comparing date ranges, and digging through dashboards, you'll simply ask questions in plain English.
